As Georgia Tech’s newest college, the College of Lifetime Learning is designed to meet a fundamental shift in how people learn—integrating academic rigor, workforce-aligned learning, and flexible pathways that serve learners across every stage of life.
Our academic programs integrate learning science, educational technology, educational business models, and policy in the study of optimized learning systems. The curriculum is designed to prepare students to become leaders with the ability to design and deploy effective learning technologies and integrated environments that meet business, community, and individual needs across a lifetime.
The research conducted by the College and our robust industry engagements in professional and continuing education inform new approaches to education that remain relevant, accessible, and connected to real-world outcomes.
For the 2026-2027 calendar year, the College is offering an undergraduate minor (Minor in Learning), undergraduate special topics courses and project management special topics courses. As part of the College of Lifetime Learning’s Strategy 2035, field-defining graduate degrees and programs will be introduced next followed by an undergraduate degree and additional programs.
In addition to these credit-bearing courses and programs, the College advances non-traditional learning pathways and research to support learning across a lifetime.
