VA Compliance Statement
All covered individuals who are accepted and registered for courses in which a certificate of eligibility for entitlement to educational assistance under chapter 31 or 33 has been received or an existing certificate is on file with the Office of the Registrar before the first day of classes for the payment term shall not be cancelled for non-payment, assessed late fees, or denied access to institutional facilities that are provided through mandatory fee payment or specific course registration. This coverage ends on the earlier of the following: date on which payment from VA is made to Georgia Tech, or 90 days after Georgia Tech submits certified tuition and fees following the receipt of the certificate of eligibility.
If the covered individual’s eligibility does not cover the entire assessed amount of tuition and fees, the student is responsible for the difference in total tuition and fees and the covered eligibility amount by the posted fee payment deadline.
