Minor in Archaeology
At Georgia Tech, the archaeology minor includes training in the foundations of archaeology, archaeological methods and skills, ethics and responsibilities, and cutting-edge contemporary applications of archaeological perspectives. Archaeology students have the opportunity to get involved in hands-on archaeological and heritage planning projects locally and internationally.
This minor enables students to consider how their skills and training can be applied to archaeology and the care of cultural heritage, as well as how an understanding of past communities and cultures might shape and grow their future careers.
