Minor in People Analytics

The Minor in People Analytics provides students with a foundation in psychological principles, research methods, and data analysis techniques applied to understanding human behavior in organizational settings. This interdisciplinary minor prepares students to analyze workforce trends, predict employee behavior, and apply data-driven decision-making to optimize workplace outcomes.

Psychology majors may count up to six (6) credit hours from either the Field of Study or the Psychology electives towards this minor. The remaining credit hours of the minor must then be completed using courses which would counts towards the free elective requirements for the major program.
