The Minor in Real Estate Minor will provide students from across the Institute with foundational knowledge of the real estate industry that sits at the intersection of planning, design, construction, finance, investment, and property management. Exposure to real estate combined with core Georgia Tech strengths in technology and analytics will expand career opportunities for undergraduate students.
