Minor in Entrepreneurship

The Minor in Entrepreneurship, offered by the Scheller College of Business, is open to all undergraduate students at Georgia Tech, regardless of major. Drawing on courses from multiple colleges across the Institute, the minor combines experiential coursework, from prototyping and customer needs assessment, to learning venture finance and technology strategy.  Students engage with a rich ecosystem of entrepreneurial programming that connects classroom instruction with real-world application.

Topics include the entrepreneurial process, venture creation, finance, technology strategy, product development, and social enterprise. The minor is designed for students who aspire to launch ventures, contribute to early-stage companies, or carry an entrepreneurial orientation mindset into any field. It complements any undergraduate major and builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognize opportunities and act on them.
